When we are facing conflict, it is not uncommon to dig in rather than seek understanding. This is especially true when we disagree with someone who does not share a same value set. During this course, participants will leverage a trauma responsiveness framework to better understand how people respond across value differences. Participants will learn how to deeply listen and affirm other people even during disagreements and despite differences of culture or values. This course allows participants to seek understanding and create bridges rather than further divides.
